To all TRIP registrants who have NEVER placed an order: Due to attempted fraud with E*Certificate purchases, our supplier has implemented a new TRIP policy. You must purchase and pick up three plastic card orders from CCS before you will be able to purchase E*Certificates. Unfortunately, they have had some attempts to purchase E*certificates using bogus information. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

If you have not already ordered your 2017-18 Elementary Yearbook, your student will receive a flyer to remind you to order by Friday, March 23. Quantities are printed based on the number of yearbooks ordered. Only those students who order a book will receive one in May. Students always look forward to receiving their own copies of the yearbook so they can share the fun with friends by autographing and writing encouraging words to one another. It's a great way for your student to remember those special moments. Yearbooks also make great gifts for grandparents and other family members and friends.
To order your yearbook, please go to https://ybpay.lifetouch.com and  enter the following school ID code #12392318. Then follow the online prompts. Yearbooks are $18.00. If you wish to send a check in to school, you may use either the blank order form found on our school website:
or send your check in with the flyer that will be coming home with your student this week. Please make all checks payable to Lifetouch.

If you have any questions about ordering your yearbook, please contact either susan.fox@cincinnatichristian.org or adrianne.hubbard@cincinnatichristian.org.
Thank you for being part of keeping the memories alive!

CCS's 1st Annual Booster Bash February 2019!
Are you interested in being a part of the planning for the
1st Annual Booster Bash?!?!
Please email Missy Bush at  melissa.bush@zoomtown.com
to find out more about volunteer opportunities.
Did you know when you became a part of the CCS family you agreed to serve 20 (or more) volunteer hours per school per family?
We are almost three fourths of the way through the year. Are you looking for a place to serve?!?
The CCS Athletic Boosters needs YOU!
We are looking for people interested in helping out with two major booster events:
5th Annual 5K/10K Run Walk (November 2018)
Booster Bash (February 2019)
If you are interested in volunteering for either of these events, please contact:

Cincinnati Reds
-Kid Glove Fundraiser

The CCS Cougar family hit a home run last year with our inaugural Reds Kid Glove Fundraiser. Students last year sold almost 200 baseball tickets to raise $1,800 which went directly toward the purchase of much-needed athletic equipment and field supplies. As you know, with the spring sports season soon upon us, CCS will need all the "Field Dry" we can afford to buy.

What's amazing about this fundraiser is the return to CCS. For every $12 Reds ticket sold, CCS keeps $10. Few fundraisers reward CCS like this one. Every dollar we raise frees CCS resources to support other activities...including one that's important to you. Since most of us will consider attending at least one Reds baseball game, why not consider the dates below and support CCS Athletics?
  1. Tuesday, May 22 -  Reds vs. Pirates
  2. Wednesday, May 23 -  Reds vs. Pirates
  3. Tuesday, June 5 -  Reds vs. Rockies
  4. Wednesday, June 6 -  Reds vs. Rockies
  5. Tuesday, June 19 -  Reds vs. Tigers
To reserve your tickets, please contact the Athletic Office to place your order. Let them know which date and the number of tickets you want to order. Checks should be written to "CCS Athletics" with "Reds Kid Glove" in the memo.
Please contact Marc Ferguson (marc.a.ferguson@gmail.com) or Julie Reutener (julie.reutener@cincinnatichristian.org) if you have any questions.
