Winter Sports Celebration

Chick-fil-A Lunch

There will be no Chick-fil-A sold next Thursday, March 15, during lunch at the JH/SH campus, due to the large number of students out for the spring musical. Students will need to pack their lunches on Thursday. Sales will resume as usual the following week.

To all TRIP registrants who have NEVER placed an order: Due to attempted fraud with E*Certificate purchases, our supplier has implemented a new TRIP policy. You must purchase and pick up three plastic card orders from CCS before you will be able to purchase E*Certificates. Unfortunately, they have had some attempts to purchase E*certificates using bogus information. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Interested in Hosting a Foreign Exchange Student?

Any CCS families interested in hosting an international student for a semester or the school year are invited to attend an informational meeting on Tuesday, March 20, at 7:00 p.m., with Jennifer Henley from Youth for Understanding.

If you have not already ordered your 2017-18 Elementary Yearbook, your student will receive a flyer to remind you to order by Friday, March 23. Quantities are printed based on the number of yearbooks ordered. Only those students who order a book will receive one in May. Students always look forward to receiving their own copies of the yearbook so they can share the fun with friends by autographing and writing encouraging words to one another. It's a great way for your student to remember those special moments. Yearbooks also make great gifts for grandparents and other family members and friends.

Project Mañana Informational Meeting:

-Kid Glove Fundraiser

The CCS Cougar family hit a home run last year with our inaugural Reds Kid Glove Fundraiser. Students last year sold almost 200 baseball tickets to raise $1,800 which went directly toward the purchase of much-needed athletic equipment and field supplies. As you know, with the spring sports season soon upon us, CCS will need all the "Field Dry" we can afford to buy.

What's amazing about this fundraiser is the return to CCS. For every $12 Reds ticket sold, CCS keeps $10. Few fundraisers reward CCS like this one. Every dollar we raise frees CCS resources to support other activities...including one that's important to you. Since most of us will consider attending at least one Reds baseball game, why not consider the dates below and support CCS Athletics?
