Our Lady of Victory would like to welcome you to The Viper! This e-newsletter will inform you of all the great things and events that are happening at your Alma mater. We would like to preserve a lasting relationship between all OLV Alumni and our faith community by sharing values, memories, and the Victory spirit. For over 175 years, we have created a legacy through academics, prayer, service, and worship. We continue to grow our faith, provide a high-quality education, and build a compassionate community of respectful members. DID YOU KNOW? Our Lady of Victory is forming an Alumni Relations Program to better connect our alumni with the mission of your school and assist with development. O ur mission is to nurture our students Catholic faith development; to provide a well-rounded high quality education; and to build a compassionate community of respectful members empowered to live the Gospel message of Jesus. With the prospective student population shrinking and with enrollment trends continuing to fall, operating costs and the funding gap for tuition continue to widen. OLV is looking for 5-7 alum to meet quarterly to discuss ways to strengthen our mission, create development, and bring our alumni community closer to OLV. Our Lady of Victory would like to help you with your next reunion! We have everything your class needs to have a wonderful time celebrating the past right here at OLV. Our Convocation Center has what you need:  2100 sq. ft. Main Hall Stage Fully equipped servery. SPORTS NEWS

Boys Basketball On Feb,3rd the annual WHITE OUT was held in the legendary Tin Can. Grades 5,6,7, and 8 performed in front of a max capacity. Special thanks to Andrew Stacklin '05, Jay Brinker, and all their coaches for another successful tourney. Overall, the entire hoops program finished with a .500 record and 10 team championships. Congratulations!

Girls Volleyball There were 12 teams total — 4 in 3/4, 5/6, 7/8. We had 20 - 8th graders, some of which came back to play for the first time since 4th grade. 5/6 came in 2nd in league, as did 7/8 B1. 7/8 A won McAuley tourney and runner up at Mercy. 3/4 don’t keep standings but played awesome 3 hit vball. Thank you to John Kemper and all those who volunteered for making I️t a great season for all.  Congratulations!

As we move into the Spring sports season, OLV wants to wish all our student athletes as well as our opponents the best of luck in baseball and softball.

SCHOOL NEWS New School Clubs STEM, Art, Prayer and Lego Clubs have all had their first meeting and our students have been hands on every step of the way. From constructing bridges, and creating Picasso faces to learning about the Our Father, and dismantling toasters, these students are continuing to grow and learn more about team awareness.

Bully-Proofing Youth Mr. Jim Bisenius presented a program titled Bully-Proofing Youth to our students and their parents on Feb 8th. This wonderful program is designed to teach us the signs of a bullying issue and how to not only react but how to prevent a bully in our school.

8th Grade Scholars Congratulations to the 22 - 8th grade students who received high school scholarships. We wish you all the best in your future. #WeAreVictory #VictoryAlum

Speech Contest Medalists Our Lady of Victory would like to congratulate all 21 of our 8th grade students who received either Gold or Silver medals at this years speech contest.
