Dear Friends, 

It's been a great start to the event season, and we at The Wakeman Agency are in full swing with a roster of successful events behind us - with more to come on the horizon.

These engagements are with bold old and new clients. But I admit that serving "repeat customers," or returning clients, gives me a special sense of pride. Knowing that our team has not only promised good service, but has delivered on that pledge, affirms for me how meaningful the work we do is. It humbles me to know that we play no small part in helping incredible organizations achieve their missions and fulfill their visions. Indeed, "We are the people behind the people at the forefront of social change."

Social entrepreneurs, major nonprofit organizations and well-intentioned business leaders are raising the social-change stakes. Their collective influence is transforming traditional ideas about charity, progress and sustainability. On a regular basis, I have a seat at the table where critical conversations take place about how individual actions can become institutional standards. I look for ways to channel newsworthy moments into notable movements for people and organizations committed to building a better, stronger society.

When The Wakeman Agency helps a nonprofit organization present a powerful event, we also support the rewarding work they do - educating young people, strengthening communities, leveling inequities and acknowledging greatness.
