  • Monday: 70s theme, tug-of-war during activity period
  • Tuesday: 80s theme, no activity due to mentor meetings during activity period
  • Wednesday: 90s theme, toilet paper collection for area food pantries
  • Thursday: 00s theme, hall decorating during activity period
  • Friday: Spirit Week class colors t-shirt day, Fall Festival Dance (freshmen-green, sophomores-blue, juniors-yellow, seniors-red)

This is not a dress-down week. Students must dress in the theme of the day or be in full uniform.

YOUR STUDENT COULD WIN $100
The student who sells the most Fall Festival raffle tickets will receive a cash award of $100. In addition, the student seller of the winning grand prize raffle ticket will also receive a cash award of $100. That's two great chances to win money! See Mrs. Mueller for more raffle tickets.

AUCTION NEWS: THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME!
Parents and alumnae are welcome to join us for an informal gathering to learn about opportunities to get involved. No experience is necessary, and all talents are needed. Stop by in the morning at 7:45am for coffee and come by at 7:00pm for cocktails on September 26 .

SOPHOMORE PARENT MEETING: SEPTEMBER 27
Sophomores parents are invited to gather on Wednesday, September 27, at 7:00pm in the board room. Cari McKnight of West County Psychological Associates will discuss developmental stages, parenting styles, and the unique challenges of parenting in today's age of social media. There will be an opportunity for questions and sharing among parents. Please contact your daughter's counselor if you have any questions.

MOTHER-DAUGHTER BRUNCH: OCTOBER 7
This year the event will be held at new locations with 9:30am Mass at Incarnate Word Parish in Chesterfield and brunch to follow at the Sheraton Westport Lakeside Chalet . Invitations have been mailed; please RSVP here by September 25.

SIBLING VISIT DAY: OCTOBER 5

UA VOLLEYBALL VS. VISITATION: OCTOBER 5
Cheer on the volleyball team at 2:00pm as they play Visitation during the only early-out game of the season.

ALUMNAE LEGACY VISIT DAY: OCTOBER 12
All 8th-grade girls with a sister, mother, aunt, grandmother or other alumnae relative are invited to shadow on October 12, spending the day with a current UA student and enjoying lunch on us. At 2:30pm, these alumnae relatives may join us for a tour of Hartnett Hall and then stay on campus for the UA-Nerinx volleyball and field hockey games (freshman, JV and varsity volleyball begin at 4:00pm; varsity field hockey begins at 4:00pm). UA HOSTS NERINX VOLLEYBALL AND FIELD HOCKEY: OCTOBER 12
All students are encouraged to come out and support our UA athletes as they compete against Nerinx in both field hockey and volleyball on Thursday, October 12 at 4:00pm . Go Bears!

SPRING ATHLETES
In order to have the necessary number of training sessions prior to a team's first game/meet in the spring, players will be dismissed from practice at 5:00pm on Friday, March 10 , and must return from spring break to be at practice on Wednesday, March 14 , at 3:00pm. Please make your spring break plans accordingly if you plan to play a spring sport. Contact Athletic Director Jennifer Brooks at 314-984-2809 with any questions.
