Talbot Restaurant Week in Talbot County , MD
Apr. 3-9.  Launch party, Apr. 3, 2-4pm at the Historic Tidewater Inn's elegant Gold Ballroom in Easton, MD. More than two dozen restaurants in Easton, Oxford, Royal Oak, St. Michael's, Tilghman Island, and Trappe, MD will offer prix fix lunches and dinners, many with special menus designed to showcase their finest dishes. Blossom Kite Festival in Washington, DC
Apr. 2, 10am-4:30pm. Kite enthusiasts show off their stunt  skills and compete for awards. This year's event features five  areas to explore and enjoy: the competition and demonstration  field, kite club display area, activity tents, family field, and public  field. Annapolis Film Festival in Annapolis, MD
Mar. 31-April 3. The festival drew  more than 7,500 last year. This year, Promoters expect it to be even bigger. A huge amount of films and venues. check out the schedule online.
PA Maple Festival in Meyersdale, PA
Apr. 2-3, and 6-10.
