At Clear Water Academy, throughout the weeks of Lent, we have a special campaign happening to help us re-focus in prayer a few times throughout the day: to re-activate refresh, and recharge our lives of faith.

Here are some "APPS" that you may consider installing and putting into practice at home as your family journeys throughout the season of Lent.

2nd Annual 
Clear Water Academy Ladies' Virtue Party

Calling all ladies! Don't forget to register for the 2nd annual Clear Water Academy Ladies' Virtue Party to be held on Monday, April 3, 2017 at the Calgary Golf & Country Club.


We are approaching re-enrollment time for our Out of School Care (OSC) students and we encourage families to complete and submit the OSC registration forms and postdated cheques (September 2017 - June 2018) by April 6, 2017. *Please note that the student medical form must be submitted with the application.

"Full Of Grace" Weekend Retreat for Women

We are so pleased to be offering a weekend retreat for women with the theme "Full of Grace." 

The retreat will be held at the beautiful King's Fold Retreat Centre in Cochrane May 5 - 7, 2017. Cost is $350/person and space is limited to the first 12 guest - register early and secure your spot!

Men's Breakfast 
on March 29th

Clear Water Academy is pleased to offer our Men's Breakfast Series. Elements of Inspired Leadership provides a forum for men to help them in their formation and leadership as husbands, fathers, and leaders in their work. 

Our next breakfast will take place on Wednesday, March 29th at 7:30 a.m. at the Petroleum Club. Our guest speaker will be Fr. Shawn Aaron LC.
 
We hope that you will be able to join us. Please RVSP to  Bill Tomiak so that we can ensure that there is enough breakfast for everyone.
 
Thanks to all of the men who came out to our last breakfast. We encourage you to bring a male friend with you for the next breakfast.

Day: Sunday, April 23, 2017  
Hour: 2:00 p.m.
Program:
1:00 p.m. Eucharistic Celebration (Spanish)
2:00 p.m. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament (Songs and Reflections in English, Spanish and Italian)
3:00 p.m. Chapel of Divine Mercy
3:30 p.m. Veneration of the Divine Mercy Image
4:00 p.m. Potluck Celebration

Jesus said: "I desire that the Feast of Mercy be a refuge and shelter for all souls, and especially for poor sinners". Whoever approached the Fount of Life on this day will be granted complete remission of sins and punishment" (Diary, 300), and also, "On this day the very depths of My tender mercy are open. I pour out a whole ocean of graces upon those souls who approach the fount of My Mercy.  Let no soul fear to draw near to Me, even though its sins be as scarlet" (Diary, 699). 
Holy Week Mercy Missions

DARE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE this Holy Week (April 12 - 15)!

Join with family and friends on an authentic MERCY MISSION. Accompany Christ through the streets of Calgary participating first-hand in the corporal and spiritual works of mercy. Tracks: Youth Mission and Family Mission
