We are hiring for an Office Assistant temporary position at Clear Water Academy.  This position is open to students who are Canadian citizens and are re-enrolling for the next academic year, typically at a post-secondary institution.

 

The ideal candidate must be available to work 30 hours/week for a 6-week period (preferably May 23 - June 30). Main responsibilities would be general office duties and ad hoc tasks, as assigned. Some accounting experience will be considered an asset.

• Menu dropdown lists to make navigation easier
• More modern look - less text, more visuals
• Internal parent information moved to password protected Parent Portal (i.e. homework pages, school calendar, parent directory, school forms etc.) 
• Easy access to Instagram - quick view of latest photos
• New parent/alumni/teacher testimonials
• Access to School Council information in Parent Portal (i.e. meeting minutes and list of Council members)

Men's Breakfast On May 10

Clear Water Academy is pleased to offer our Men's Breakfast Series. Elements of Inspired Leadership provides a forum for men to help them in their formation and leadership as husbands, fathers, and leaders in their work. 

Our next breakfast will take place on Wednesday, May 10th at 7:30 a.m. at the Petroleum Club. 

 

We hope that you will be able to join us. Please RVSP to  Bill Tomiak so that we can ensure that there is enough breakfast for everyone.

 

Thanks to all of the men who came out to our last breakfast. We encourage you to bring a male friend with you for the next breakfast.
