The pavilion is to your right, adjacent to the tennis courts as soon as you enter the park. There is parking adjacent to the pavilion.

· Bring a dish to share made with some local foods
· Bring the source of your local food - we will have cards to write on to share with everyone
· Bring your reusable plates/utensils/cups/napkins
· Bring a lawn chair if you like (there will be picnic tables)

Evaluation of Sunday Eucharist (update)
We did a preliminary (mid-point) evaluation of the 9:00 AM Sunday Eucharist at the Mead Center down the street from Peace. We now have numbers indicating an 18% increase in the total (combined Saturday and Sunday) mass attendance per week over the same period last year (for Saturday only).
Here are the Mass attendance headcount numbers from April 23, 2017, through last weekend.

Parish Photo Directory
Throughout July, parishioner Matt Guempel has been taking portraits of parishioners for a parish photo directory. For those who weren't available in July, he will be collecting names of those who still wish to have their portrait taken. Once he has all the names, he will arrange a time to take the remainder of the portraits. You can contact Matt at

SCF will be holding a raffle, "Going for the Green," which will be held in conjunction with the Mouse Races (see below). We will start selling raffle tickets beginning this week at Mass. We have 1,000 tickets to sell; tickets are $10 and we would like to distribute in packets of 5 or 10. First prize is $1000, second prize is $500 and third prize is $250. The SCF member who sells the most tickets wins $100. The raffle drawing will be held at the Mouse Races on October 6.

Friday evening, October 6, 2017
. This event will be held at Peace UCC in the Community Room and will include lots of opportunities for socializing and prize-winning!

Parish Office Hours
The Sts. Clare & Francis Office, [483 E Lockwood Ave, Ste. 3, Schultz Hall (Door B) – Eden Theological Seminary, Webster Groves, MO 63119] will be open each week on Mondays, from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm and Thursdays from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. Although someone is here more often than that, I am in and out much of the time. So I am making a concerted effort to have posted hours to be more available to people who might want to drop by.
