Happy Summer Solstice,
Today, our guiding star, the Sun, will reach its highest point in the sky. We, too, are called to reach higher, shine brighter, and love more than ever before.
Even when circumstances look bleak or overwhelming, heart breaking or gut wrenching, remember that we are here to listen to the voice of wisdom and to act with compassion and love.
I encourage you to speak from the heart, to act mindfully, patiently, and with compassion. Write a letter, take a walk, pray, reach out. Inspired action taken with love will always yield a blessing. Trust.
