I hope you're enjoying the week and settling in to the holiday groove.
Often, this season brings a bittersweet mix of emotions; from happy to sad to lonely to glad, our feelings can run the gamut.
If you've lost a loved one, this time of year can be especially hard. I encourage you to consider creating meaningful traditions to honor those who are with you from the Spirit realm. Perhaps you place a special ornament on the tree, set out a plate, play favorite music, or look through old pictures. Thoughtfully consider what feels right for YOU,,,then this do.
Because, though death ends the body, nothing can destroy the love we share.
This season, every season, today, and right now, love lives.
