What's Happening at Woodmont Baptist Church?

Over the past 12 weeks 16 people dedicated their lives to Christ and were baptized, and 3 joined by letter. PTL!!!

In recent weeks the Lord blessed us financially through tithes and offering gifts. We are in excellent financial condition compared to most years through mid August. Thank you Woodmont for faithful giving.

A new computerized check in system for preschool and children will be implemented this fall. It will highlight any allergies or special instructions for the teachers and workers to be aware of and enhance our security and care for the children. Thank you children's ministry team and teachers for all you do in teaching and ministering to our children.

New security cameras will soon be installed throughout our worship center and hallways and older cameras upgraded. Thank you security team.

A new remote controlled video camera for the worship center will also be installed as part of our security camera system. This camera will also allow us to "live stream" the worship services so home bound and sick members and members that are out of town can view our worship live. The services will also be recorded so that you can view a service whenever it is convenient for you. This will help our members "stay connected" to our church. Thank you Media Team and modern technology.

The pastors office has been redecorated with new carpet, the furniture recovered and new window treatments added for our new pastor. The gym has also been repainted and looks great. Thank you Architectural Review Committee and the Building and Grounds Committee.

Under His grace,

Steve
