It's a busy week for New Hampshire students as many head back to school, but if the governor has his way, the school year might start later next year.

Gov. Chris Sununu is pushing to delay the start of school. On Tuesday, he signed an executive order to create a commission to study whether it would make sense to start the school year after Labor Day. The governor pitched his proposal at Canobie Lake Park.

NEAAPA is working with IAAPA on this very important issue, and we will keep you informed of any developments as they arise.
