Practitioner of the Month
Our Practitioner of the Month for July is
Andy Turenne, R.Sc.P.

A student, teacher and practitioner of the Science of Mind for over 25 years, I am humble and grateful to be a conduit of the Creator’s divine love and peace. Love is my soul’s purpose, my calling and my joy. I graciously allow Spirit to work through me to help others see what they cannot see. I am so blessed.
The Book of the Month for July
The Way of Liberation by Adyashanti
The Way of Liberation  is Adyashanti's stripped-down, practical guide to spiritual awakening. With a profound simplicity it outlines the Foundations, Orienting Ideas, and Core Practices that are essential in the process of waking up to the absolute nature of Reality and living it to the fullest extent possible. May this book serve as an insightful companion on your journey to that place of sacredness, to the flow and flowering of existence beyond all notions of self.

This is not a book about spiritual betterment, self-improvement, or altered states of consciousness. It is about spiritual awakening going from the dream state of ego to the awakened state beyond ego as quickly and efficiently as possible.  -- ADYASHANTI

July Change for Change

Butte County Humane Society Spay and Neuter Programs and Chico Cat Coalition

Butte Humane Society’s Clinic not only promotes education to the public concerning animal care and the importance of spaying and neutering, but it also provides much-needed low-cost, high quality spay/neuter, preventative and wellness veterinary care, and vaccination services to our community.

The Chico Cat Coalition is a no-kill, non-profit volunteer-run shelter working to rescue, house, heal, love, and rehome adoptable cats in the greater Chico area.
Each month, our Center selects a viable non-profit organization - usually within Chico - that we can support with our loose change. We encourage you to bring your spare change so that we may contribute tangible change along with our philosophy of changing one's thinking to change lives. Look for the big water jug in the foyer as you leave the Center. Thank you.
