Doug Michel joined The Pathway School as an IT Associate in October of 2016. As a graduate from the University of Delaware with over six years of experience in problem solving for computer users, he quickly became a huge asset to the IT Department. Daily Doug receives calls, emails and help desk support requests whenever issues arise with computers, servers, telephones, printers and almost any other electronic device. He responds to every issue quickly and with a smile and typically a joke or two as a bonus! Doug offers technology support for every Pathway event, whether on or off campus and regardless of time of day.
