1976 Ericson 29′  $11,500
This is a Classic 70’s, well built, Bruce King designed, Ericson 29′ Sloop. She has been well maintained, but her 13-year owners finally “needed” a bigger boat. This is a 1976 (Bi-Centennial) version, with only 4 owners during its lifetime spent on the fresh water of Lake Superior. The boat looks great and sails sweet and fast! She is set up with just about everything except radar, which as dated, thus recently decommissioned in 2013, when all running rigging was replaced.  The interior is clean and has an amazing amount of room for a 29′ vessel.

Safety Tip...don't sink your boat

Is your boat equipped with a dock water inlet valve??  This is the connection that allows you to hookup your boats fresh water system directly to the water outlet on your pedestal.  It can be a great convenience, but also has the potential to cause a disaster.  If the pedestal water is left on while you are away and there is a connection failure,  it will eventually sink your boat.

If you are currently using a dock water inlet valve – Remember to shut off your pedestal water supply whenever you leave the boat.

He's in the Army now

Ryan Augsburger has been a valuable part of the Pikes Bay Service team.

We are said to see Ryan go on August 18th,  but understand his desire to serve out country.

Good Luck Ryan!
