 The classes combine lecture, discussion,  attunements, meditations and  experiential practice in a well organized,  but relaxed program
 
 A detailed class manual is included, and upon successful completion a certificate from the International Association of Reiki is awarded
 
 Reiki One  
Some people may ask if "regular people" can take the classes even if they are not nurses or massage therapists. The answer is YES!
 
 The Reiki classes are designed to help the student learn Reiki for their personal use, as well as to help friends and family.
 
Learn about Reiki, how it heals, and the new historical discoveries. Mari shares her personal experiences from her own Reiki research and from over 29 years of Reiki practice. In class you will review the traditional Reiki hand positions used in a Reiki session for yourself and others
 
You will also practice Usui intuitive method of hand placement which can enhance your confidence in your intuition or inner guidance. Explore how the flow of life force energy affects physical, mental and emotional health
 
Reiki Two  
During the second degree Reiki course We will explore, symbols in healing and learn the  Reiki II symbols and how to use them to help heal unwanted habits, and facilitate distant healings that transcend time and space; this means you can impact positively on peoples' lives without even touching them. This increased energy works very deeply on the emotional and mental causes of stress and disease.
 
Additional Information
 
The courses are taught in Mari's private home with lush gardens and beautiful water features. There is a private meditation garden to sit in and enjoy.
 
There is always plenty of water, and herbal teas to drink throughout the day.
 
The students bring food to share with each other for lunch.
 
Wear comfortable loose clothing and come with an open mind and heart
 
Each intensive one day course starts promptly at 10:00 AM and ends at 6:00 PM
