Bill 45 - E-smoking and the Performing Arts
As we reported in August, the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care is implementing a regulation for the use of e-cigarettes that could have had a negative impact on the performing arts.

We are pleased to report that the final regulation includes an exemption for stage productions, provided the e-cigarette does not contain nicotine, and there is no product placement consideration.
