Boot Camp Training Session

We have a 6-week progressive boot camp package for you! Check out the options available!
All our boot camp classes enjoy an array of different styles of working out including cardio (this includes power walking) and strength training with weights and other equipment. We mix it up (along with working out at different locations) to keep it interesting and, yes, challenging.
This Training Session, we're offering the following Training options:
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday - In Town - 9 - 10 AM
- Monday and Wednesday - Westshore - 5:30 - 6:30 PM
- Tuesday and Thursday - In Town - 5:30 - 6:30 PM
- Saturday - Cardio Core - 9 - 10 AM
- Sunday - Yogafit - Westshore - 9:30 - 10:30 AM
Research has shown that a minimum of 3 workouts a week is optimal for achieving and maintaining a good level of fitness. Mix and match classes, to fit your schedule, and get in at least 3 to 4 workouts a week. And, if you don't feel you can commit to set classes each week, we also offer some drop-in options as well.
Remember, if our group classes aren't for you, we offer an array of Personal Training options too.
It's never too late to start and its never too late to try something new to you. We offer small group workouts so you get more of the one-on-one you deserve and need. I want you to feel good about your workout and feel strong and want more!
