Business cards are now available for students to order! 

The cards will be available for pick up at Central Services by providing a student card or proof of identification. An email will be sent to notify students when their business cards are available. Business cards are limited to fourth year students only; third year students may purchase business cards with the presence of a letter of recommendation.

Put on by the King's Political Science Students' Association and led by Political Science faculty members and the King's Media and Communications Department. Come find out how to 'brand yourself'; learn how to create a competitive cover letter and resume, how to develop an impressive LinkedIn profile, get tips on finding jobs in Political Science and other useful information for succeeding after you graduate.

Than Clan - Guest Speaker: June Hunter


June Hunter is a retired psychologist and is actively involved with the Memorial Society. June Hunter is an advocate for FOOM, The Funeral Consumer Advocacy, which includes dispensing information about choices available to funeral consumers including home funerals. This lecture will be more oriented on how one performs a home funeral for a deceased loved one. June Hunter is graciously volunteering her time for this event, and we would love it if you could come out!

The event will be at the Student Vitali Lounge (Wemple Building) at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23.


Laudato Si Reflection Group


During the Lenten and Easter season we will have a unique opportunity to concretely respond to Pope's Francis invitation to explore more deeply our relationship with our sisters and brothers and the earth with whom we share this planet by reflecting on Pope Francis' Encyclical Laudato Si (Our Common Home). We will meet for an hour each during the Lenten Season (excluding reading week). A doodle poll will be used to determine the best day and time to meet. Poverty Inc. Screening


There will be a free screening of the award winning movie Poverty Inc. at the Peter and Joanne Kenny theatre Tuesday, February 23rd at 7 pm. Check out the trailer.

Deadlines for Government Funding: Full Time OSAP, Part Time OSAP and 30% off Ontario Tuition Grant
For students studying until the end of April, 2016, all applications need to be submitted by February 29, 2016 and all supporting documentation and reviews by March 18, 2016 to Student Financial Services at King's.
