First Course: BBQ Drakes Bay Oysters Second Course: Crisp summer salad of County Line Harvest little gem lettuce and seasonal cherry tomatoes tossed with green goddess dressing made with local herbs Third Course: Rossotti Ranch goat slider topped with Achadinha Capricious goat cheese
and red pepper coulis Stemple Creek Ranch beef slider layered with Cowgirl Creamery Red Hawk cheese
and sweet corn rouille Red Hill Farms lamb slider paired with Barinaga Ranch Baserri, rosemary aioli
and tomato relish

Marin Organic farmers, including Loren and Lisa Poncia from Stemple Creek Ranch and Julie and Tony Rossotti from Rossotti Ranch, will be in attendance to speak about sustainable farming in the County and how the Nick's Cove meal is truly farm-to-table.
