Use the word BEND to remind yourself to stay flexible in the moment.
GET THE MOST FROM YOUR PING  
 How often during the day do you pause  and simply notice the moment without acting ?
Enneagram Sixes are famous for being on high alert, ready act and react in the moment. B eing present and engaged in the moment can be a challenge.

This month, treat yourself to daily Bend Breaks:
 1) Stop  whatever you are working on
2) Bend your head from side-to-side
3)  Lean back in your chair
4) Take a couple of deep breaths
5) Feel the moment as it is - savor it
6) As you return to work, notice if you feel you have more options
