Use the word QUIET to remind yourself to notice what is happening for you right now.
GET THE MOST FROM YOUR PING  
 How often during the day do you sit still, take a deep breath  and notice the moment ?
Enneagram Twos are famous for being on-the-go from dawn to dusk.
Pausing and relaxing can be a challenge.

This month, treat yourself to daily Quiet Moment Breaks:
 1) Stop  whatever you are engaged in
2) Find a place to sit if you are not already seated
3) Take a deep breath
4) Notice how you feel
5) Savor the moment for a moment before you jump back in to your day
