Use the word STILL to remind yourself to sink into and feel this moment.
 How often during the day do you sit still  and notice the present moment ?
Enneagram Fours are famous for both drifting forward to what might be or back to what was.  Pausing to be in the present moment is a challenge.

This month, treat yourself to daily In-The-Moment Breaks:
 1) Stop  whatever you are doing
2) Get comfortable in your chair and settle in
3) Take a deep breath
4) Notice how you feel
5) Savor that moment for several moments before you jump back into your day
