Use the word PAUSE to remind yourself to notice what is happening for you right now.
GET THE MOST FROM YOUR PING  
 How often during the day do you pause, take a deep breath  and notice the moment ?
Enneagram Threes are famous for working hard and being on the go-go-go from dawn to dusk.  Pausing to relax - even for a moment or two - can be a challenge.

This month, treat yourself to daily notice the moment breaks:
 1) Stop  whatever you are working on
2) Find a place to sit if you are not already seated
3) Take a deep breath
4) Notice how you feel
5) Savor the moment for a moment before you jump back into your day
