More than 100 local artists will open their studio doors to share art, inspiration and personal stories with art enthusiasts. Shop for a new piece of art to fill an empty space in your home or office or just enjoy an evening out with friends discovering what's hot, hip and artsy.
Food trucks will be on hand at each location. Beverages and snacks will be served at the artist studios.
This will be your last opportunity to see Home Spun, Jaime Leigh Collier's first solo fine art photography exhibition.

 Dionysia 2012: The Frogs with Fresh Arts at Fitz

Sailors abandoned in a storm, austerity measures, generals executed, protests and riots, a Spartan army ravaging the countryside, Apollo selling temples to the highest bidder, Greek debt worth 159% of GDP, and skimming-off-the-top, tax-avoiding politicians. Who can possibly save Athens? A dead poet.
This presentation of The Frogs is an adaptation by Dr. John Harvey and directed by Aaron Landsman (Artist-in-Residence at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Center for the Arts).
Fresh Arts and Fitzgerald's have partnered to bring arts and music lovers together in unexpected ways by giving the public a chance to see genres of the arts they may not typically seek out. Fresh Arts and Fitzgerald's also strive to encourage Houston tourism through the arts by offering this variety of entertainment in creative and unexpected ways. This project is made possible by a grant from the City of Houston Mayor's Initiative distributed by the Houston Arts Alliance.
