Join master instructors Louis Jackson and John Berg as they share their knowledge, insight, and philosophy in this 10-week summer course. The breadth and scope of their approach constitutes an unparalleled opportunity to learn yoga from the outside in and the inside out.
With a 'full spectrum' approach, Louis and John will divide the course into themes corresponding to each limb of Patanjali’s 8-limbed system.
Students will be taught a complete sequence of asana. We’ll explore the philosophical aspects of the yogic practice and each week will highlight a new limb. The course also includes breathing technique (Pranayama) and meditation (Dhyana).
While aimed at newer beginning students this course is also perfect for any yogi who wishes to further and deepen their practice.

Beginning June 5th fuel your body every Monday and Wednesday from noon to 1:00 PM at Lunch Lab with Anfisa Maksimyuk. Another amazing graduate of our Dharma Path program, Anfisa's Lunch Lab will prepare you for the second half of the day with a powerful vinyasa sequence that will build energy and focus.
