This Sunday, June 4th - Rev. Larry Rice from Redwood Glen Camp to Join Us!
This Sunday, our friend, Rev. Larry Rice (pictured to the left with his wife Sharon), will be our guest speaker! Pastor Larry is the director of Redwood Glen camp located in Loma Mar, just 1.5 hours away from us in the beautiful foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains!

Redwood Glen offers Christian summer camps for all ages. O ur own, Savannah Cofield-Bey is planning to serve once again as a camp counselor for the “Youth Music & Drama Camp” the week of July 10-15. 

Cost per child/youth for all camps is only $329 for the whole week. The Church on the Corner will offer limited scholarships to students who have a financial need (please let us know if your student will need a scholarship). Communion this Sunday!
This Sunday, our Communion offering will be dedicated to Global Missions to go towards Jin-Won Kim’s Mission trip to Indonesia. Communion offerings can be dropped off in the giving box directly outside of the Sanctuary doors or made online designated towards the fund: "Communion Offering"
Father's Day BBQ - Sunday June 18th!
On Father's Day, Sunday, June 18th @ 11:30 AM come help us to honor our dads and spiritual dads through our annual Father's Day BBQ! 
Because of this special event, there will be no 1st Sunday of the month Brunch this Sunday.

For this event, we will need volunteers for the following roles:
  • Grill Masters to help grill out the food!
  • Runners to carry the food from the outside grill to the indoor tables.
  • Help with set-up and clean-up.

“Exploring Christianity” Discussion Group 
Will be continuing on throughout the Summer!
Every Tuesday, 6:30-8 PM
This is an open session for anyone who is interested in understanding the Christian faith as a non-believer, skeptic, or as a new-in-your-faith Christian. It is also a safe place (non-judgmental) with no expectation of what you do or don't do with what you've learned. The material used is a mix of video and a study guide curriculum combined with a lot of interactive discussion to help you process it all for yourself.

We Are Still Collecting Donations for Cambodia Mission Trip!

We are continuing to collect goods for Pastor Chamron Phal's upcoming mission trip to Cambodia in July. According to Pastor Chamron, toothpaste is like gold to the people in Cambodia's villages, and medications like Tylenol, Imodium and Ibuprofen are referred to as "the heavenly medicines" as they provide much needed relief from everyday ailments. Please consider donating the following items by mid-June!
  • Toothpaste & toothbrushes
  • Tylenol, Imodium, Ibuprofen (Pills/tablets ONLY)
  • Cash donations (through our 'Communion Offering') - a total of $245.90 has been donated so far!
  • Join him on a future mission trip!

Donated goods may be dropped off in our main church foyer and cash donations can be made online or through the offering plate as "Communion Offering - Cambodia Mission".
Support Mission Trip to Indonesia 
For Jin-Won Kim!
Jin-Won Kim from our sister church, Serving & Sharing Church, and who also plays the guitar on our Worship team, is on a mission trip in Medan, Indonesia this June 1-27 as a part of a campus ministry at UC Berkeley called KCCC and has asked for our support! 

Jin-Won and his family from the Serving & Sharing Church have selflessly served our church for so many years now with our worship music and in so many other ways.  We do hope to be able to show them our generous support for Jin-Won!
