This Sunday, we will come together to begin our planning for our Easter outreach! We will also resume our Q-Place curriculum to help us learn how to more effectively reach out to our Oikos with the good news about Jesus Christ! All are welcome to come join us! Free lunch and childcare will be provided!

A Six Week Study "The Art of Marriage"

Tuesdays til April 3rd!

This study group will meet every Tuesday evening for six weeks, downstairs in The Church on the Corner Commons (through our Pomona Ave doors) starting on Feb 20th from 6:45-8:15 PM. All are invited to attend, whether married or single! Come learn what God's design is for a healthy marriage! Free dinner will be served starting at 6:45 PM along with free childcare!

There is still time to get in on this new study! If you've missed a session, you can borrow one of the DVDs to watch at home.

Solano Marriage Retreat

February 23rd & 24th - This Weekend!

Our sister church, Solano Community Church , is holding a free marriage retreat next weekend and has invited our folks, whether married or single, to attend! The retreat will be led by Pastor Dante Upshaw and his wife Beverly. It will be held in a workshop format where attendees will together unpack biblical principles and practical skills that will encourage and equip you to love well in your relationship, centered around the theme of Expectations .

Free childcare will be provided throughout the retreat, including date night, so that couples who are parents can enjoy some time alone or with friends.

When: Friday, February 23rd, 7-9pm, & Saturday, February 24th, 9am-5pm. Saturday evening will be followed by a date night with childcare provided until 9pm.

Meals: Friday night - snacks. Saturday - Light breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Saturday date night is up to you!

Location: Trinity Church in El Cerrito ( 7200 Schmidt Ln, El Cerrito, 94530 ).

BASS Church Workers Convention @ Redwood Chapel in Castro Valley

Next Weekend - March 1-3!

Would you like to get better equipped for serving in ministry? Every year the BASS convention offers a huge variety of workshops for all areas of ministry!

The Church on the Corner has registered for our whole church to attend so that the cost is free to you! Be sure to pick up a copy of the schedule of workshops from our patio, or, see the full listing of workshops at bassconvention.org.

This is also an excellent place to meet Christians from other churches in the Bay Area who are serving in similar ministry positions as yourself!

To register, you can do it ahead of time online using registration code KRDQA, or just show up at the front door and let them know that you are with The Church on the Corner! Make a fun day of it and carpool with others from our church!

Needed: Clothing for a 2 year old girl! David & Kathleen Jamison are asking on behalf of a neighbor for donations of clothing for her 2 year old daughter. If you have extra clothes to donate, please bring them to the church and the Jamison's will deliver them to this family!
