Join us for the Education Outreach Fair from 9:00 to 10:30, in the Harriet Durham Maloof Entrance. The agencies participating include Camp McDowell, Norwood Resource Center, Pre-school Partners, MPower, Sawyerville and STAIR. Learn about these programs and how you can support them.
Annual Electronic Recycling  to celebrate Earth Day. Protect recycling truck will be in the parking lot from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm to collect ALL electronic recycling except  TVs.  $10 fee to destroy hard drives and $10 fee for old curved monitors (flat screen monitors are free). Drive by and drop off. Questions contact   Dianne Mize .

Please utilize the parking lot behind the church, leaving the senior parking lot and handicapped spaces outside the chapel entrance for our seniors and handicapped members.

Rendezvous at the Zoo benefiting PreSchool Partners

Rendezvous at the Zoo is April 22nd at the Birmingham Zoo. Tickets are $20 for adults and $12 for children, 4 and under are free. Tickets include food from Full Moon, drinks, access to the children's and petting zoo, cotton candy, snow cones, faceprinting, cornhole, and more! There will also be live music and a cash bar. This is an event that the entire family will enjoy!
Youth Sunday is May 6th

Youth will lead worship and preach at the 10:30 am service in the Nave and the 5:00 pm service on 5/6. All youth may participate. Come to EYC on 4/22 OR EYC on   4/29 OR set up a meeting with Olivia Hill.
Summer Schedule Begins 5/13

We move to our Summer Schedule beginning 5/13.Here are a few important dates to consider:
 
-- The Word moves to 9:15 am beginning 5/13 and will remain in this time slot for the duration of the summer.
-- Sunday school classes will conclude for Adults and Children on 5/6 
-- Wednesday evening programming will conclude on 5/2 (6:30 pm contemplative service WILL continue through summer)
Volunteer with VBS!

The Children's Ministry needs friendly faces to fill a variety of volunteer opportunities during VBS June 4th - 7th. We have something for every schedule type, please consider helping! It will be a wonderful week, full of fun and learning!
