Coloring for Adults
Tuesday, Sept, 18th, 6-7:30pm

Come to unwind while expressing your creativity! Adult coloring books offer a variety of intricate designs just waiting to get lost in. Colored pencils and fine tipped markers will be available, along with a wide variety of coloring books to choose pages from.
Talk Back Mind Chatter
Thursday, Sept. 20th, 6:30-7:30pm

Join local Life and Wellness Coach, Vicki Kramer Nathan, as she leads a workshop to help us explore how to capture those unhealthy thoughts that frequently run through our mind and challenge them. Learn tips to reduce critical self-talk and boost a sense of self-compassion.

No registration needed for this free event.
Socrates Cafe
Tuesday, September 25th, 4-5pm

Join moderator Dan Fisherman in a Socratic dialog that explores a philosophical, ethical, or socio-political issue using questions that probe underlying assumptions and statements. The goal is not to come out on top in an argument, but to arrive at a deeper appreciation for a subject's richness and complexity. Stop by and be part of the conversation.
National Voter Registration Day
Tuesday, September 25, 11am-7pm

Did you move? Just turn 18? Would you like to register for a political party or change party? Stop by the library on September 25th to register to vote. Forms will be available in English and Spanish.

Dungeons and Dragons
Registration & Orientation
Friday, September 21st, 3-4:30pm

Our teen D&D club will begin meeting again in October. Stop by this Friday, September 21st, at 3pm to register and created your character. We'll be choosing DMs and forming groups of 5-6. Dungeon Masters should bring their own manual. The D&D club is open to middle school and high school students. Snacks provided.

Just for Kids
Lego Tech Club
Thursdays, 3:30-5pm
Starting September 20th

A place for elementary school-age children to work collaboratively or independently to build fantastic Lego creations and tinker with our STEM materials (littleBits, robots, etc.). You can even combine them!
 
Adults with younger children may build with Duplos/Legos in the children's area. No registration required. Just drop in any time between 3:30-5pm.
