EBCBOR & Members have donated over $2,500 to the REALTORS Relief Fund in an effort to help Puerto Rico, Texas, The Virgin Islands & Florida who have been recently affected by Hurricanes Harvey & Irma.

Basil Singh is the 2017 EBCBOR REALTOR of the Year
Basil has been an active REALTOR for over 23 years. As the Broker/ Manager of Century 21 All Stars 100 he is revered by his colleagues for his outstanding performance as a REALTOR. As a member of the Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORS, Basil serves on numerous committees which include Awards & Verification, Broker Council, and Global Business Council. Additionally, Basil is currently a Director, and Board Treasurer. He has been re-elected to a serve 3 year term as a Director.
Basil is a man of great moral character, he is honest, and trustworthy. He embodies the REALTOR Spirit to its core and we are proud to recognize him as the 2017 EBCBOR REALTOR of the Year. Congratulations!

Redfin Launches Widespread Expansion of 1% Listing Fee
Redfin, the online real estate brokerage, announced Monday that it is launching a widespread expansion of 1% listing fees, bringing the lower fees to 18 new markets. According to Redfin, approximately 80% of Redfin's home selling customers will pay Redfin just 1% of the final sale price, subject to a minimum of between $3,000 to $5,500, depending on the market.
