FROM GAYLE
Dear Ones,
Today representatives from the Diocesan Archives are here, copying documents and interviewing our long time members about our illustrious history. Youngstown loves to talk about the past. I am often amazed by the knowledge about houses and buildings and events that people here just know. And the rich and extraordinary history of this church will take more than just one day to unpack. Remembering grounds us in a sense of where we come from, how far we have come, all the people who have made this church possible, and the love and affection that is so deeply held here.
I am so proud to be a part of a church that has a reputation for social action, generosity, great art and wonderful people. Proud to be one of those blessed enough to continue this work into our hopeful future. Thank you for being a part of it as well!
See you
Sunday! With pride, Gayle+
