Womayn of the Global Majority Summit

The inaugural Womayn of the Global Majority Summit will convene self-identifying Womayn of the Global Majority, people who identify as gender non-conforming and co-conspirators.  The summit is space created to acknowledge the differences within our communities while defining and highlighting our intersections. The day will consist of multidisciplinary and intergenerational panels and workshops, where attendees will build community, celebrate each other, share stories, heal together, and gain insight into how to foster racial equity within their respective communities and networks.

Save the Date: 2018 Equity Summit
February 9-10, 2018
All ACC adjunct and full-time faculty are invited to the Office of Equity & Inclusion's 2nd Annual Equity Summit that will be held on February 9th and February 10th at the Eastview Campus. Join this event to continue to dialogue and implement actionable steps for more equitable institutions, enlightened educators, and informed community members. Registration opens October 1st.
Important Reminders
Dual Credit Annual Appointment Information

Faculty with an assigned dual credit section for Fall 2017: Faculty who have a current dual credit assignment will need to complete the online dual credit faculty training found in Blackboard titled "Dual Credit Faculty." The deadline to complete the online training is October 2, 2017. Direct questions to [email protected].
Compensated New Adjunct Faculty Orientation (Online)

Adjuncts in their first semester at ACC are encouraged to participate in an online "TLED Adjunct Faculty Orientation." Adjuncts who complete this 4-hour online program by October 15, 2017 will receive a $100 stipend. Stipends will be processed after the deadline for completion.
