Judy Chicago Tapestries: Woven By Audrey Cowan. Museum of Arts and Design, 2 Columbus Circle, Manhattan. During a creative partnership spanning nearly 30 years, tapestry weaver Audrey Cowan worked with famed artist and feminist activist Judy Chicago to explore contemporary issues of social justice through an ancient and painstaking art form. Now, New York's Museum of Arts and Design is proud to share Cowan's personal donation of nine of these incredible tapestries, as well as many of the original Chicago sketches and outlines that inspired them. Among the works on display at this exclusive exhibition are Cowan's renowned 1980s tapestries; the 14-foot wide "The Creation" and 18-foot wide "The Fall." For more information, visit madmuseum.org or call 212-299-7777.

Rick Ross. 8:30pm. Best Buy Theater, 1515 Broadway . Admission: $35-$40. First, photographs surfaced online of Rick Ross standing guard as a Florida corrections officer.
