Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Volunteer Training . CASA of the Bluegrass has an urgent need for volunteer advocates in both Franklin and Anderson Counties. Volunteers speak up for the best interests of children who are brought before Family Court because of abuse, neglect of dependency and brings urgency to a child's needs, both in and out of the courtroom. New Training classes begin in February. Training is approximately 30 hours and consists of class work, court observation, and hands on training.
