CBI Informational Meetings: New Pledge Process

The Board of Trustees has approved a new Pledge process for Congregation Beth Israel.  This move has 3 intended results. First and foremost is to change the culture of CBI and create a more welcoming environment.  Second is to be able to reach out to more people, especially those with young families.  And third, knowing that the Board is ultimately responsible for the fiscal viability, to maintain the current level of pledges.

We will be having several informative meetings to outline our vision of how this will be implemented.  Please come with your questions or concerns.  The Board of Trustees has been working on this process for a few years.  We have spent many hours coming up with a plan that we all feel confident will work for our congregation. And we are excited to share it with you.

The informational meetings are scheduled:
Thursday April 20th at 7:00 p.m.
Sunday April 30th 11:00 a.m. (during religious school) and 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday May 3rd at 7:30 p.m.

All the meetings will be held at Congregation Beth Israel in the Social Hall.
