This position will help carry on the good work of the Diversity Committee and ensure that we continue to build a welcoming community for all. If you are interested in learning more about this position, please contact Kendra Johnson

I also want to take a moment to recognize our outgoing board members, including Bruce Long, Rich Holmes, Stephanie Briggs Evans, Shanna Hill, Megan Stuhlman and Nola McClure. These amazing parents truly helped lay the foundation for a strong and vibrant PTSO.

For those of you who indicated an interest in getting more involved with the PTSO through the Volunteer Interest Forms that we collected earlier this spring, please keep your eyes open for an email connecting you with the committee chairs and letting you know next steps. We look forward to working with all of you throughout the summer and next year.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Mary Moss Brown
Head of School

AFTER SCHOOL & FIELD TRIP ANNOUNCEMENTS
After School
All programming ends this week. The last day of after school is  Friday, June 2

Reminder that ALL Tech All Stars classes have a presentation program on  Thursday, June 1 at 3:30 pm in the multipurpose room. We will not have any parking passes available for this event.

Field Trips
In December 2016, we stopped billing for each field trip as it occurred in order to present each parent with a grade-level bill for December thru May field trips. These bills went out in March or April depending on the grade. If your family has outstanding field trip money due, we sent an updated letter in your child's green folder last week. Your payment helps ensure that the school's costs are covered for all field trips that your child participated in (entrance fees, supplies, transportation). If you have questions, please contact Catherine Malone.

As a reminder, ALL tutoring programs have ended for the year. This includes both the volunteer- and teacher-driven programs.
