This Week at Christ Church
The Sixth Sunday of Easter...
because Easter is a season... 50 days...
including tomorrow, May 6

On Sunday we welcome The Rev. Becky Zartman as our guest preacher and celebrant! Becky serves as an adjunct priest at St. Thomas' in DC. She is also the Episcopal campus chaplain at Georgetown University, and currently serves on the Diocesan Council.

Adult Forum after the 10 am service: Redefining Church in the 21st Century Using the Acts of the Apostles, the Rev. Becky Zartman will help us think in new ways about the ancient project of "church." Come for a lively discussion about where we've been, where we are, and where God is leading us.

Youth Group: Bagels and Bible Middle and high school youth are welcome to gather in the loft after church for a weekly discussion of the Bible with snacks! More info: youthminister@ccpk.org.

Bible Study: Come to the library at 4pm and we'll continue exploring Exodus.  No preparation necessary, contact Lee Puricelli for more information (leepuricelli@yahoo.com).

Thank You, Christ Church!

Dear Christ Church Family,

I want to extend my deep and profound thanks for the amazing sendoff party, generous purse, and wonderful gifts you have given me as I step down as your Parish Administrator.  Serving the church these past ten + years has been a real honor.

While I am stepping down as Administrator, I am not stepping away as I will be joining you in the pews as a parishioner this coming Fall.  I look forward to worshipping with you and calling Christ Church my spiritual home.

With gratitude,

Kurt Ellison
