We welcome Lee Puricelli as our guest preacher this Sunday! Lee has been an active part of CCPK for over 15 years. He currently serves as a mentor for Education for Ministry (EfM), and as the chair of the Adult Education committee. He's on Standing Committee for the Diocese of Washington, and is a dedicated public servant at the Department of Agriculture.

THANK YOU : to all those who contributed toward furnishing the new apt for a now formerly homeless gentleman working with Samaritan Ministry and Bethesda Cares. We were touched by the outpouring of support! For those who still have furniture to donate, A Wider Circle is a great option. For more of the story, contact either Doug Leavens or Charlie Briggs.

Help make our summer special by signing up to help with Popsicles on the Lawn! The sign up sheet is in the Undercroft - we hope to fill all the slots in July and August. It's easy, it's a perfect family activity, and instructions will be provided! If you have questions, please contact Jane Aylor or Sarah Leung, Parish Life.

Only 4 more items to sponsor and we will totally equip Camp Kesem GW ! Camp Kesem is a free summer camp for kids whose parents have cancer or have passed away from cancer. The camp is run by college students at GW and relies on donations to provide a comforting space for their campers. You can help make camp awesome this year by participating in our virtual donation drive!
1.   Grab a blue or green card from the board on the Outreach table to sponsor a camp activity.
2.   Note your item number on the clipboard on the table.
3.   Place the amount specified on the card (cash or a check to Christ Church) into an Outreach envelope. Please write "Camp Kesem" and the item number in the memo line of your check, and on your envelope.
All items will be ordered by Christ Church and sent directly to Camp Kesem GW.
Thank you to EVERYONE who has already given soooo generously!
