This Week at Eastwood 
November 20, 2015
No Wednesday Evening Activities
No regular Wednesday night activities are scheduled for November 25 so that you can enjoy time with your friends and family for the Thanksgiving weekend. Regular Wednesday activities will resume December 2. We look forward to being with you then.

Uganda Mission Update & Prayer Need
A huge THANK YOU to all who served, donated, played, and purchased items through our Cornhole Tournament and Auction last weekend.  When the event was initially developed, our hope was that it would raise at least $1,000. You and God are so generous! The total raised has exceeded $3,200 and will allow our team to serve hundreds mor e people through the medical, dental, and vision clinics and
through the the other outreach components of the crusades.

Additionally, we ask that you be in prayer for...

God to protect our team members - our health and safety - and to lead our hearts and hands in service to Him.

God to grant wisdom to the screeners and customs agents to allow all supplies to make it through and meet the needs of the Ugandan people.

God to change hearts of those in Uganda who will be led to the clinics, that they will choose to follow Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. 

We thank you so much for all your love, support, and prayers.

Children's Clothing For Uganda
Thank you so much for all the donations you made for suitcases for Uganda. These will help us carry medical supplies and other ministry-related items to the Ugandan people.

Makumbi has made another need known: children's clothing. He has expressed the need for clothing for children 3-13 years of age. We will carry with us all we can, and any extra clothing will be donated to the Samaritan's Center.

Sunday morning groups are a great way to learn more about yourself and God's plan for you while making valuable connections with others. We have several adult groups that meet Sunday mornings. You are welcome and invited to join in with any of these groups and deepen your experience here at Eastwood.
