Don't miss Aqua Power this summer in the outdoor pool!

Aqua Power is a challenging full-body workout that improves stamina and tones muscles. Water workouts offer different challenges and benefits in a unique environment where the harder you work, the more resistance you create. Water exercise is also great for cross-training and offers tremendous  advantages for athletes.
