This Week at Grace

Enrich the Lives of Children in Our Community This Summer!
Action Ministries' Women's Community Kitchen will offer summer enrichment for children in our community, and they need your help!
I would love to see Grace members and friends fill many of these spots and use this opportunity to build relationships with neighbors who meet at Grace each day this summer. Studies have shown that engagement in learning over the course of a summer can help keep a student at grade level for the next school year. This attention to our children makes a big difference in their lives and education.
All it requires is two hours of your time. Check out the flier below, or talk to me about ways you can be involved!
Peace,
Pastor Stacey

Ministry Spotlight

PENTECOST HYMN FESTIVAL

Mark Saturday, June 3rd (5pm) on your calendar. In conjunction with GBGM, Grace will host a Pentecost Hymn Festival, inviting congregations from around the city to participate with us. This event is a hugely collaborative effort between GBGM and us. We are very excited about the shape it is taking!

We will sing old and new hymns, and be led by different kinds of instruments and ensembles. Expecting a beautiful day of worship and singing, this festival will lead us into our own celebration of Pentecost the next morning. Join us in our sanctuary with the choir of St. Mark UMC (from down the street) to collaborate with them on an anthem.

Stay tuned for more information soon.
