By following Jesus and reaching out to others, we seek God's transformation of ourselves and our world.
Greetings!
July 8 – First Call

Did you know that even though God calls us each to different opportunities within our lives, each and every one of us is initially born to live out the ‘first call.’ It is a call that is sorely needed in our world – now like never before. It is a call that was ‘in the beginning’ and continues on today and into the future. What is this first call? How are we answering this call in the living of our lives? Come and join us for worship as we consider the ‘first call’ – the grounding of our legacy of the past and the framework of our hope for the future.

Pender Summer Camp
Summer Music & Arts Mini-Camp
August 13-15
The Pender Summer Music & Arts Mini-Camp is a fun and action-packed three-day experience for children in rising grades 1-6. From 9:00am – 4:00pm, campers learn about God through various art expressions – including singing, movement, instruments, drama, writing and crafts.

This summer, the camp is FREE and is open to children of Pender United Methodist Church members plus one guest of their choosing. Although not mandatory, we would like to encourage Pender kids to invite a school friend or a neighbor that may not currently belong to a church family they think who would enjoy the activities that comprise this 3-day experience.

To register or find out more information contact Theresa Carpenter.
