Lost and Found
Check out our Lost and Found in Lofftus Hall. It is quite full and there are lots of treasures: sunglasses, reading glasses, leather gloves, several water bottles, umbrellas, etc.

Coffee's On
Each Sunday, we will put on a pot of coffee in Lofftus Hall and it will be ready for you at 8:45 a.m.

This gives the Community time to talk with each other before meditation.

Love Offering will be accepted.

Our Practioner of the Month is Dr. Joni Samples

Dr. Joni is a Practitioner and member of our Center for Spiritual Living and now on the Leadership Council for CSL, however all that doesn't keep her from traveling to Centers all over the country for a visit and a workshop if they desire. Her favorite topics are: neuroscience and how it works especially with Science of Mind, fun ways to teach and learn, and family engagement
Her passion, besides SOM, is education. She knew she'd be a teacher at age seven, started as a teacher's aide and completed her public education service as a County Superintendent of Schools. Retirement lasted 20 minutes and she now does professional development with schools and families on how they can work together to support children's growth, learning, and development.

What is a Practitioner?
A Practitioner is a person of high spiritual consciousness and deep understanding, trained in the study of the Science of Mind and "Treatment." Treatment which is the art, science and skill of Affirmative Prayer. Practitioners are dedicated to the cause of helping others, licensed to practice professionally, and bound by a high code of ethics to respect your privacy.

What is Affirmative Prayer?
The use of Affirmative Prayer (sometimes referred to as a "Spiritual Mind Treatment" or just "Treatment") in our daily lives gives us the privilege of choosing the direction of our thoughts, so we are in harmony with a Power greater than we are, and brings our experience out of the darkness of limitation. It is a very powerful tool used to change one's thought, one's belief, and one's experience in a positive way.
