Leadership York County (LYCO) is a county-wide leadership development program coordinated by the Regional Chamber in partnership with the Greater Clover, Greater York, and Lake Wylie chambers. The nine month program is designed to help participants identify issues and gain a deeper understanding of the leadership structure within and beyond York County. LYCO provides an excellent opportunity for personal growth, leadership development and community involvement for selected candidates.
