Commonwealth v. Freddie Randolph Judge: Summe Prosecutor: Casey Burns Police Agency: Covington
On 8/7/12 Randolph pled guilty to Tampering with Physical Evidence. Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Casey Burns is recommending a 1 year prison sentence. Final sentencing is set for 9/25/12. On 8/7/12 Randolph pled guilty to Flagrant Non Support. Randolph faces 1-5 years in prison at sentencing. Final sentencing is set for 9/25/12.

On 8/7/12 Cameron pled guilty to Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (cocaine) and Trafficking in Marijuana. Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Casey Burns is recommending a 1 1/2 year prison sentence. Final sentencing is set for 9/25/12.

On 8/7/12 Ingle pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance (heroin). Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Casey Burns is recommending a sentence of 3 years probated for 3 years. Final sentencing is set for 9/11/12.

On 6/27/12 a jury found Santos-Velez guilty of Assault 1st Degree. The jury recommended a 12 1/2 year prison sentence. On 8/8/12 Santos-Velez was sentenced to 12 1/2 years in prison.
