Commonwealth v. Freddie Randolph Freddie Randolph
Judge: Summe

Prosecutor: Casey Burns
Police Agency:  Covington

On 8/7/12 Randolph pled guilty to Tampering with Physical Evidence. Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Casey Burns is recommending a 1 year prison sentence. Final sentencing is set for 9/25/12.

On 8/7/12 Randolph pled guilty to Flagrant Non Support. Randolph faces 1-5 years in prison at sentencing. Final sentencing is set for 9/25/12.

On 8/7/12 Cameron pled guilty to Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (cocaine) and Trafficking in Marijuana. Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Casey Burns is recommending a 1 1/2 year prison sentence. Final sentencing is set for 9/25/12.

On 8/8/12 Webster pled guilty to Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Hydrocodone). Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Casey Burns is recommending a 1 1/2 year prison sentence. Final sentencing is set for 9/24/12.

On 8/8/12 Hyden pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance (heroin). Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Noah Wentz is recommending a 1 1/2 year prison sentence. Final sentencing is set for 9/24/12.

On 8/9/12 Hardy pled guilty to Wanton Endangerment. Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Megan Mersch is recommending a 2 year prison sentence. Final sentencing is set for 9/10/12.

On 8/9/12 Jahnke pled guilty to Theft of Identity. Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Corey Plybon is recommending a 1 year prison sentence. Final sentencing is set for 9/10/12.

On 8/9/12 Oliver pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance (unspecified). Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Noah Wentz is recommending that Oliver, who has no felony record, be ordered into the felony diversion program for 3 years. Final sentencing is set for 9/24/12.

On 8/7/12 Ellis pled guilty to 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree. Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Megan Mersch recommended a 1 1/2 year prison sentence. On 8/7/12 Ellis was sentenced to 1 1/2 years in prison consecutive to other cases.

On 7/5/12 Beamon pled guilty to Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon. 1st Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Jim Redwine recommended a 5 year prison sentence. On 8/7/12 Beamon was sentenced to 5 years in prison sentence.

On 7/2/12 Hollingsworth pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance (cocaine). Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Corey Plybon recommended a 1 year prison sentence. On 8/7/12 Hollingsworth was sentenced to 1 year in prison.

On 7/5/12 Robinson pled guilty to Robbery 2nd Degree. 1st Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Jim Redwine recommended a sentence of 5 years probated for 5 years. On 8/7/12 Robinson was sentenced to 5 years probated for 5 years.

On 6/21/12 Hensley pled guilty to Burglary 3rd Degree. Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Corey Plybon recommended a 2 year prison sentence. On 8/7/12 Hensley was sentenced to 4 years probated for 4 years.

On 6/27/12 Wimmer pled guilty to Unlawful Access to a Computer. Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Megan Mersch recommended a sentence of 6 years probated for 5 years. On 8/7/12 Wimmer was sentenced to 6 years probated for 5 years.

On 7/5/12 Jones pled guilty to Theft (>$500). Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Corey Plybon recommended that Jones, who has no felony record, be ordered into the felony diversion program for 3 years. On 8/7/12 Jones was ordered into the felony diversion program for 3 years.

On 6/27/12 Stoppleworth pled guilty to Theft (>$500).  Commonwealth's Attorney Rob Sanders recommended that Stoppleworth, who has no felony record, be ordered into the felony diversion program for 4 years. On 8/7/12 Stoppleworth was ordered into the felony diversion program for 4 years.

On 6/14/12 Clark pled guilty to Criminal Mischief. Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Lawrence Hilton recommended a 3 year prison sentence. On 8/7/12 Clark was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

On 6/18/12 Black pled guilty to Trafficking in Marijuana. Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Caesy Burns recommended a 5 year prison sentence. On 8/8/12 Black was sentenced to 5 years in prison consecutive to other cases.

On 5/30/12 Elliott pled guilty to Controlled Substance Endangerment to a Child. Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Casey Burns recommended a 15 year prison sentence. On 8/8/12 Elliott was sentenced to 15 years in prison. 

Commonwealth v. Felix Santos-Velez Felix SantosVelez  
Judge: Sheehan
Prosecutor: Megan Mersch 
Police Agency: Covington

On 6/27/12 a jury found Santos-Velez guilty of Assault 1st Degree. The jury recommended a 12 1/2 year prison sentence. On 8/8/12 Santos-Velez was sentenced to 12 1/2 years in prison.
