Palm Beach Town Manager Tom Bradford updated residents Monday on the status of the undergrounding project that is scheduled to begin in May, but may be delayed due to two pending lawsuits. 
Palm Beach Board Discusses Undergrounding Financing Options

The Underground Utilities Task Force held a special meeting Monday to discuss alternative ways to pay for the project. Lawsuits blocking the voter-approved bond money could drag on past the originally projected May 1 construction start date.
