The City of Richmond Heights is working with the National Research Center to evaluate how residents feel about their community.
The company has randomly selected 1,400 residents throughout the four council districts to receive the surveys. Postcards and surveys have already been sent to many of the randomly selected residents.
If you receive the survey, we urge you to please complete it! It can be done via mail or online. This survey is key in helping the City to improve its services to residents.
We have done previous surveys in 2009 and 2012. Conducting the survey every three years allows the City to track our progress in resident satisfaction of all City services, like street maintenance, parks and recreation, communication and many other City functions.
