Public Works Facility Update
As you may know, the City's Public Works facility will be demolished very soon to make way for further construction near Menards. Their temporary location will not be accessible to the public.  For assistance, you can visit City Hall at 1330 S. Big Bend. Permit applications  can be found on the City website here .

If you need to reach Public Works, you can still reach them through their main number at 314-645-2277.

National Citizens Survey

The City of Richmond Heights is working with the National Research Center to evaluate how residents feel about their community.

The company has randomly selected 1,400 residents throughout the four council districts to receive the surveys.  Postcards and surveys have already been sent to many of the randomly selected residents.

If you receive the survey, we urge you to please complete it! It can be done via mail or online.  This survey is key in helping the City to improve its services to residents.

We have done previous surveys in 2009 and 2012.  Conducting the survey every three years allows the City to track our progress in resident satisfaction of all City services, like street maintenance, parks and recreation, communication and many other City functions.
