Women's Club of Ocean Pines Meeting

America's Boating Course

Ocean City Power Squadron will present this eight-hour course. A safe boating class is required of anyone born after July 1, 1972 to operate a recreational vessel or personal watercraft in the state of Maryland. The course will cover basic boat handling, navigation, federal and state regulations, rules of the road, aids to navigation, required equipment and much more. Registration will begin at 6:30 pm on September 1; the course will follow at 7:00 pm on Thursdays through September 22. The exam will be held on September 29.
